     11 I'm applying for the Technical Support Analyst position at Simbe Robotics. Investigating issues
     12 methodically, tracing them to root cause, and documenting findings clearly enough for someone else
     13 to act on is work I do every day, and I'd like to bring that directly to a role built around
     14 resolving problems rather than routing them.
     15 
     16 As a Software Quality Analyst at Leggett & Platt, I investigate functional and usability issues
     17 across iOS, Android, and web applications. I reproduce problems, dig into logs and system behavior
     18 to find the actual cause, track issues across test cycles to spot recurring patterns, and
     19 communicate findings clearly to developers and other stakeholders. I use Python, Bash, and
     20 PowerShell to automate parts of that investigation work. At work I use Microsoft Copilot as part
     21 of my regular toolset, and in my own projects I rely on Claude Code daily to move faster through
     22 scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation work.

     24 Outside of work, I maintain a home lab where I diagnose and resolve issues across self-built
     25 servers and virtualization infrastructure, giving me hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics
     26 and systems troubleshooting beyond what my day job requires. My CompTIA A+ and Linux+
     27 certifications reflect a solid grounding in hardware and operating systems.

     29 I want to be direct about where my background doesn't line up exactly. I haven't worked in a
     30 customer-facing support role, and I don't have exposure to robotics or computer vision systems. I
     31 also haven't used Jira specifically, though I track and manage issues in Azure DevOps daily and
     32 pick up new tooling quickly. What I bring is a proven ability to investigate problems rigorously,
     33 document them well, and use automation and AI-assisted tooling as a real part of how I work, which
     34 is exactly the kind of contributor this role is looking for.
