     11 I'm applying for the UAT Tester position supporting the Master Data Management implementation.
     12 Validating that a system behaves correctly against real business requirements, and that data stays
     13 accurate as it moves across integrated systems, is the core of what I do in my current role.

     15 I've spent the past three years as a Software Quality Analyst at Leggett & Platt, testing web and
     16 mobile applications across iOS, Android, and browser platforms. My day to day work includes
     17 developing and executing test cases from business and functional requirements, running manual
     18 functional, integration, and end to end tests, and validating data accuracy across connected
     19 systems. I document and track defects in Azure DevOps, verify fixes, and work directly with
     20 stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle to make sure requirements are actually being met, not
     21 just technically satisfied.

     23 My testing background goes back fifteen years, starting in regulatory and compliance testing before
     24 moving into software QA. That combination has given me a methodical approach to test planning and
     25 documentation, along with the analytical habits needed to trace a data discrepancy back to its
     26 source rather than just noting that something looks wrong.
