     11 I'm applying for the District IT Technician position with Springdale Public Schools. Diagnosing
     12 problems methodically, tracing them to root cause, and documenting the fix clearly enough for
     13 someone else to follow is work I do every day, and I'd like to bring that directly to a
     14 school-based support role.
     15 
     16 As a Software Quality Analyst at Leggett & Platt, I test web and mobile applications across iOS,
     17 Android, and browser platforms for functionality and stability. Troubleshooting is a core part of
     18 that work. I diagnose functional and usability issues, document them clearly, track them across
     19 test cycles to spot patterns, and follow through to resolution. My CompTIA A+ certification reflects
     20 a solid grounding in hardware, operating systems, and structured troubleshooting, and I'd apply that
     21 same methodology supporting building level technology.

     23 Outside of work, I maintain a home lab where I build and troubleshoot servers, manage virtualization
     24 infrastructure, and configure networking and Wi-Fi, giving me hands on experience with hardware
     25 diagnostics and system maintenance beyond what my day job requires. I hold a valid Arkansas driver's
     26 license and am comfortable supporting Windows, Mac, and Google desktop technologies.

     28 I want to be direct about where my background doesn't line up exactly. I haven't deployed VoIP
     29 phone systems or managed Mobile Device Management enrollment specifically, though I'm comfortable
     30 learning new tools quickly and already work with device configuration and network troubleshooting
     31 in my home lab. What I bring is a proven troubleshooting process, careful documentation habits, and
     32 clear communication with both technical and non-technical people, which is the foundation this role
     33 is built on.
