     11 I'm applying for the QA Engineer position at TherapyNotes. Testing software that real people
     12 depend on to do important work is something I take seriously, and behavioral health practice
     13 management is exactly that kind of software.

     15 I've spent the past three years as a Software Quality Analyst at Leggett & Platt, where I test
     16 web and mobile applications across iOS, Android, and browser-based platforms. My day-to-day work
     17 covers manual and exploratory testing, defect documentation, root cause analysis, and working
     18 directly with development teams to define acceptance criteria and close the loop on issues. I write
     19 automation scripts in Python and PowerShell to handle repeatable test cases and extend coverage
     20 beyond what manual testing can sustain alone.

     22 I want to be straightforward about the automation stack: my automation experience has been with
     23 Python rather than Selenium or Cucumber. The underlying skills — structuring test cases, managing
     24 test data, integrating checks into a development workflow — translate directly, and I'm confident I
     25 can get up to speed on the specific frameworks quickly. What I bring is a solid foundation in
     26 testing discipline and an existing habit of automating the things that shouldn't be done by hand.

     28 What draws me to TherapyNotes specifically is the combination of a focused product and a team that
     29 clearly cares about quality. Clinicians using your software need it to work reliably, every time.
     30 That's not an abstract quality metric — it has a direct impact on patient care. That's the kind
     31 of work I want to be doing.
